Painting in Gouache

Service Description

Gouache is an opaque watercolor medium, suited to many types of artwork. This workshop will include a presentation on the ways Leigh uses gouache in his own practice, followed by a practical session on how to construct an image using this striking medium. Artist: Leigh Rigozzi Leigh Rigozzi is an artist working across painting, printmaking and graphic storytelling. Since completing a Master of Visual Arts in 2007, he has exhibited his work widely. He has been involved in various print collectives, is an occasional publisher of books and zines, and has completed several public art commissions. In 2024 he was the recipient of the Fauvette Loureiro memorial travelling scholarship. All materials and equipment provided
