Narrative Painting for kids Thursdays 4 - 5.30pm
Service Description
This 8-week course will focus on the key elements and techniques of narrative painting. Narrative painting is a painting that combines a range of elements to suggest or illustrate an event, a situation, a story etc. Drawing inspiration from personal experience, stories, dreams, imagination, mythology, historical events and other sources, you will complete a painting on canvas in acrylic or oil paints. We will cover how to construct an image using a range of compositional strategies, and explore how symbolism, colour palette, and character development can bring your painted narratives to life. Cancellation Policy
Please note if you cancel your booking with more than 72 hours notice, we will issue a full refund or a credit to use towards another session. If you cancel within 72 - 24 hours of the session, you will be issued a credit for another session. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be considered a "No Show". "No Shows" will be charged the full amount without refund. Note: We may cancel a session that does not have sufficient bookings. If we are to do so, we will notify you at least 24 hours prior to cancelling, so that you can make other arrangements.
